Have you ever thought of yourself as a seed sower? You are you know...
whether you've ever thought about it or not.
Take a moment to imagine yourself as a maidservant of the Lord.
He has given you a beautiful snow white apron with large deep
pockets and wherever you are and wherever you go...
with each prayer you offer, every act of kindness you render,
every word of blessing, encouragement or comfort you speak...
to your children, your husband, friends or total strangers...
you are, in a spiritual sense, reaching into the pockets of God's love
and sowing seeds of His goodness and grace into their lives.
Aware of it or not... you are sowing seeds... good or not so good..
through your words and your deeds throughout the day.
So you can see why it's so important to put on God's love every
morning and have your pockets full of His goodness ready to give away?
...as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves
with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience....
and over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together
in perfect unity. Colossians 3:12-14
Lord bless the hands that scatter seeds of blessing today! Thank You
that Your seed never runs out and always yields a harvest of
eternal blessing... in Your time... in Your love and for Your glory...
